If you choose to contact us through the contact form on this site, we receive the content of your message and whatever details you decide to include, such as your name and a way to reply.
We do not ask for and do not want your financial details, account numbers, identity documents, trading history or deposit information. We do not create accounts for readers, we do not process payments and we do not hold funds. Please do not send us sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.
See who receives information and who never buys it
Information may be seen by the people who run and edit this site, and by service providers who help us keep it online, such as hosting and technical support suppliers. Those providers act on our instructions and are expected to protect what they handle. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect the site and its readers.
We do not sell personal information to anyone. We do not rent it, trade it or pass it to brokers, marketers or advertising networks for their own use. We do not share reader information with EightCap, and we do not pass your details to any broker, platform or partner. Rely on a clear legal basis for processing
We process the limited information we hold on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving an editorial review site, keeping it secure and responding to readers who contact us.
